Powered by Partnership. While the building proudly carries the HTC name, we are not one of their offices. Instead, this space is the result of a generous gift from HTC, Myrtle Beach’s local fiber provider, reflecting their commitment to fostering innovation and community growth in our region.

Operating independently as a nonprofit, this hub serves as a collaborative space for entrepreneurs, startups, and creative professionals to thrive. The name honors HTC’s foundational support and shared vision for building a vibrant future in Myrtle Beach.
